The site for Pearl Creek Apartments, an infill location in Roseville, was acquired and construction commenced on the second multifamily project in the Cresleigh portfolio.
Adora Townhomes, in Roseville, CA, was completed, marking Cresleigh’s entry into the multifamily market.
