Cresleigh has been selected by the Capitol Area Development Agency (CADA) to build a condominium project at the corner of 14th and N Street. This high profile location sits directly across from the California State Capitol Park and marks Cresleigh’s transition into building in the urban environment.
The site for Pearl Creek Apartments, an infill location in Roseville, was acquired and construction commenced on the second multifamily project in the Cresleigh portfolio.
Adora Townhomes, in Roseville, CA, was completed, marking Cresleigh’s entry into the multifamily market.
After much success in Sacramento, Cresleigh Homes expanded to Arizona where we have continued to service the greater Phoenix Metro Area for over 25 years.
Over the next twenty years, Cresleigh worked to acquire, entitle, and build single family communities across the Sacramento Metro area. In total we have closed on over 3,000 homes serving approximately 14,000 residents.
